Livendo® LV4 NorAm Sourdough Starter is a living product composed of active yeasts and bacteria that allows bakers to create their own signature when making their sourdough. Livendo® Starter Culture LV4 gives to the baking products a range of intense acidity, mainly acetic, specific aromas, and contributes to the dough raising. It can be used in all types of applications.

Usage: 0.25% to 0.4% on sourdough weight (flour + water) of the product.
Shelf life: 24 months in its original packaging when stored in negative cold temperature from -25°C to -18°C / -13°F to -0°F. • Keep open sachets frozen and use within 8 days.
