Applications: Bagels, Rolls & Buns, Quickbread, Cookies, Cake, Crusty Bread, Multigrain Bread, Pizza, Pan Bread, Sweet Bread, Whole Wheat, Specialty, Sourdough, Hispanic Products, Donuts, Tortilla & Flatbread, Croissants & Pastry, Pretzels

Usage: Add directly to flour at 0.25% of the total flour weight. 

Shelf life: 2 years from production date (unopened).
